Meet Dr. Veronica Rivera, Psy.D.
Founder & Clinical Psychologist
I believe healing happens best in a space where you feel understood, respected, and supported. As a licensed clinical psychologist, I am committed to helping you navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and resilience.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with individuals facing complex trauma, emotional distress, and major life transitions. My experience includes providing therapy in community mental health settings, integrated medical environments, and with active-duty military members. I’ve also supported adults and older adults recovering from medical conditions, neurological challenges, and life-altering health events.

I understand that emotional health, physical health, culture, and life experiences are deeply connected. In therapy, I take an individualized approach, meeting you where you are, honoring your story, and helping you build practical tools to improve your daily life. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in both community and hospital settings, supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, and life-adjustment challenges. I also help clients develop the skills needed to foster self-acceptance, strengthen relationships, and enhance overall well-being during periods of transition.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, blending cognitive-behavioral strategies with insight-oriented techniques. Together, we’ll explore the connections between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, identify your strengths, clarify your goals, and address the barriers that may be holding you back. I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where you can gain clarity, make meaningful changes, and move forward on your path toward healing.
